At some point, everyone finds themselves wondering what the best form of cardio excercise is. Put simply, body fat is burnt off by exercises, whether they are of low or high intensity. The main problem here is choosing what is the most efficient way to burn off body fat.

Even after your workout, high intensity cardio exercise will speed your metabolism, making you burn more fat throughout the day. Doing this means you body will be using more calories even after you've done your workout. This hardly ever happens during low intensity workouts.

If you use a method called interval training you can use some high intensity movements into your cardio workout. You can walk for 5 minutes or so, then break into some jogging for another 5 minutes or so. First walk briskly until you have caught your breadth and than srint for a minute before starting again. From this point, simply alternate your running and walking for the next 15 minutes until you are finished.
Cardio exercise has the reward that doing it more actually increases your energy. Cardio is good with keeping your energy up and it will also help you burn calories.

If you are just starting out, you'll want to go slow and keep your cardio exercise in track - as it is very easy to over exert yourself.
